Job summary

Mitie is seeking a part-time Cleaner at Boston House Health Centre in Wigan (12 hours per week). You will ensure equipment, areas and surfaces are clean, safe and compliant with SLAs, and you will complete required training.

You will work in a team or on your own initiative, maintain Health & Safety standards, and strive to provide excellent customer service while building positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

• Keep equipment clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
