Job summary

Travail Employment Group is recruiting a Cleaner for assignments across Northamptonshire. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with a focus on dirty environments on construction sites.

You will perform staged cleans including initial, second and final deep cleans of kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows and floors across sites; a Full UK driving licence is required for travel between assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial cleaning (factories, warehouses, construction sites, street cleaning, graffiti or adhesive removals).
• Fluent English.
• Flexible regarding working hours.
• Willing to work in dirty and dusty environment.

Responsibilities

• Stage 1: Initial clean including removing wrapping from kitchens and bathrooms, and cleaning doors, windows and sills.
• Stage 2 & 3: Second clean after first snag, cleaning the whole house for inspection by company directors and prospective purchasers.
• Stage 4: Final deep clean of the whole house including doors, windows, frames, sills, skirting boards, kitchens and bathrooms, carpets and floors before occupancy.

Cleaner Required

Monday to Friday working 08:00-18:00. Working across Northamptonshire.

Full UK drivers licence required.

£13.00 per hour.

Stage 1 - Initial clean

Removing all wrapping from kitchens and bathrooms, cleaning of doors windows and window sills.

Stage 2 & 3 - second clean after first snag has been completed

Cleaning the whole house for inspection by company directors and perspective purchasers.

Stage 4 - Final deep clean

Of the whole house, doors, windows, window frames and sills, skirting boards Kitchens & bathrooms, carpets and floors before purchaser occupies.

Travel up to 30 miles.

Requirements

• Have experience of industrial cleaning being factories, warehouses, construction sites, street cleaning, graffiti or adhesive removals
• Be fluent in English
• Be flexible regarding working hours
• Be willing to work in dirty and dusty environment

£13.00 per hour This is a very physical and active role and you will be on your feet all day. As you will be working on a construction site H & S awareness is key.
