Job DescriptionAs a Cleaning Operative at RAF High Wycombe, Naphill, Walters Ash, HP14 4UE, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services that contribute to a clean, safe, and healthy environment. This role is essential to the well-being of everyone on site, and you'll be an integral part of our team. You'll have the opportunity to interact daily with armed forces personnel, making a real impact on their quality of life and the overall atmosphere of the location.
What You’ll Do- Focus on the details: Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and precisely, ensuring every space is maintained to high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene: Take pride in keeping all areas clean, safe, and healthy. Take full ownership of your work, reflecting your dedication to quality.
- Collaborate with your team: Participate in daily huddle meetings to discuss priorities, share updates, and align with colleagues and supervisors for optimal results.
- Manage supplies: Monitor stock levels and restock consumables like toilet tissue and cleaning supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Champion safety and well-being: Be vigilant about health and safety practices. Report any hazards or incidents immediately to maintain a safe working environment.
What You Bring- Willingness to learn: Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but comprehensive training and induction will equip you with all necessary skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills: Ability to interact professionally and courteously with colleagues and personnel.
