Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning in offices and communal areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
• Provide cleaning for offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming and wet and dry mopping.
• Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used correctly.
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations.
• Report hazards, near misses or dangers to your manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and be a reliable, professional team member.
• Communicate politely with all site users.
• Maintain a high standard of eye-for-detail in cleaning tasks.

As a Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role

• Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility


• Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping


• Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly


• Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards


• Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager


• Excellent customer service skills


• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude


• A team player who works well with customers and colleagues


• Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner


• Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
