Job summary

ISS is hiring a Cleaner to deliver top-tier cleaning services across offices and facilities. You will perform a range of tasks including cleaning offices, meeting rooms, toilets, and common areas, while ensuring safe handling of chemicals and adherence to safety standards.

You should possess strong customer service, reliability and teamwork, with a keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining exceptionally clean environments for our clients.

As a Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role

• Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
• Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping
• Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
• Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
• Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
• A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
• Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
• Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
