Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, required work timing, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
- Undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and/or on own initiative, building positive and productive relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
- Seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach to the role; open, honest, self-driven and determined.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
