Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative at Larkhill Garrison, Larkhill, Salisbury, SP4 8QT. This part-time role offers 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00–12:00, with a pay of £12.71 per hour.

You’ll help deliver high-quality cleaning services in a secure, supportive environment. You’ll work with armed forces personnel daily, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with the team to maintain cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and staff.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of scheduled cleaning tasks to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.
• Participate in daily huddle meetings to align with team priorities.
• Monitor stock levels and restock consumables as needed.

Job Description:

As a Cleaning Operative at Larkhill Garrison, Larkhill, Salisbury, SP4 8QT, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services that contribute to a clean, safe, and healthy environment. What You’ll Do:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene: Take pride in keeping all areas clean, safe, and healthy. You'll be expected to take full ownership of your work, ensuring the environment reflects your dedication to quality.
• Collaborate with your team: Participate in daily huddle meetings, where you'll discuss priorities, share updates, and align with your colleagues and supervisors to deliver the best results.
• Manage supplies: Keep an eye on stock levels and restock consumables such as toilet tissue, cleaning supplies, and other necessary items to ensure a smooth operation.
• Champion safety and well-being: Be vigilant about health and safety practices. If you notice anything that could pose a risk, whether it’s a potential hazard or an incident, report it immediately to maintain a safe working environment for everyone.

What You Bring:
