About The Role

TC Facilities Management is looking for a Supervisor to manage a team working on site. Working alongside the Area Manager, you will provide support to the site, as well as training and developing our colleagues.

Location: Toddington, LU5

Working hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7

Shift times: 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Job Purpose

To manage a team of operatives, ensuring service delivery standards and specifications are met within budget.

Major Accountabilities

1. Ensure all staff have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately to reflect the TC brand.
2. Manage the recruitment process for colleagues, ensuring adherence to TC recruitment standards.
3. Manage staff performance in consultation with HR, taking actions to develop or improve performance.
4. Ensure staff are paid correctly and on time, following all company payroll requirements.
5. Train and induct staff on their roles, standards, TC values, and company policies.
6. Ensure staff are trained in and adhere to Health and Safety and COSHH policies.
7. Develop and maintain customer relationships to meet expectations within specifications.
8. Complete audits accurately and on time, implementing resolution actions as needed.
9. Process all necessary paperwork accurately and timely, with proper sign-offs.
10. Ensure cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good condition, and used safely.
11. Complete periodical cleans to specified standards and timescales, with customer sign-off.
