Overview

Job Title: Cleaner

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

Contract Type: Part time, Permanent

Hours: 10 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (05:30–07:30)

Location: Bournemouth University, Talbot Campus, Fern Barrow, Poole, Dorset, England, BH12 5BB

PPE provided, uniform provided and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and/or on own initiative as required.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
