Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaner to maintain safe, clean environments in customer workspaces in Swansea. The role runs across early hours (06:00–08:00) with duties including tidying, vacuuming, mopping and waste management.

You may interact with customers and must complete Health & Safety records and training as required. Applicants should have Right to Work in the UK and a background in cleaning is advantageous.

Key responsibilities

• Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.


• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required.


• You may come into regular contact with customers so you must be able to assist them if needed.


• You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.


• Digital Access Requirements - This role involves using digital tools to manage working hours (time and attendance), absences, and payslips. Applicants should have access to a smart phone device capable of downloading work-related applications (such as Timegate+) and an email address for communication and portal access. If you do not currently have access to these, support or reasonable adjustments can be provided to ensure you can meet these requirements.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria
