Location: Office based in Sutton-in-Ashfield (travel to various sites required)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM (45 hours per week including 30-minute lunch)
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Start Date:Immediately
Contract Type: Full-time, Temp

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Domestic Site Cleaner to join our team, cleaning newly built homes prior to handover to clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each property is cleaned to a high standard, ready for occupancy.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable travelling to different sites, working independently or as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform final clean of new build homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, and all surfaces

Remove dust, debris, and builders’ residue from all areas of the property

Ensure properties meet company cleanliness and presentation standards before handover

Report any snags or defects observed during the clean to site management

Follow all health and safety protocols, including the correct use of cleaning materials and PPE

Drive to and from different construction sites as required

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude on site at all times

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence – essential

Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a construction or site environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and physical activity

Flexibility to travel to various local sites as needed

Competitive hourly rate starting from £12.21

Full-time hours with consistent Monday to Friday schedule
