Job summary

Almond Family Pubs is hiring cleaners to ensure our pubs are spotless before opening. Early morning shifts (6am or 7am) are required, with a focus on delivering top-notch cleanliness across busy, food-led sites in and around Stockport.

Our family-owned group offers excellent tips (average £3.00 per hour), flexible hours, 50% off food for you and up to 3 others, comprehensive training, and free meals during shifts in a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required – just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to be on your feet for long periods.

• Basic understanding cleaning practices and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Clean pubs to high standards before opening.
• Work early mornings (6am/7am) to prepare the pub for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness across dining areas, bar, and toilets.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.

Job description

How clean is your house? If the answer is very, then we have the job for you. Our cleaning team play a key role in making sure our customers are wowed when they walk in to one of our gorgeous pubs. For us, cleanliness is key and we look for cleaners that don’t accept anything other than perfection.

Early mornings are a must for this position to ensure our pub is ready for guests when the doors open - ideally a 6am or 7am start.

We’re Almond Family Pubs – a proud, independent group known for doing things properly.

With 200 indoor covers and a further 230 outside, this is a big, busy, food-led site that is becoming a true community hub. Expect a fresh, seasonal menu, classic pub favourites with a premium twist.
