Job summary

Parogon Group is hiring a Commercial Kitchen Cleaner for early mornings across our venues. You will join a reliable team to keep kitchens spotless, operating to high hygiene standards, with shifts starting between 6:00am and 7:00am and mileage paid as part of the package.

The role involves working across venues on a rotating schedule, focusing on floors, equipment, and hard-to-reach areas, while ensuring safety and cleanliness. Full training provided where needed.

Commercial Kitchen Cleaner – Early Morning Shifts | Parogon Group

Location:Various Parogon venues
Hours:26 hours per week, with starts between 6:00am and 7:00am
Pay:£14.00 per hour + mileage
Applicants must hold a Full UK driving licence

Take pride in leaving everything spotless? Want evenings and weekends off? A job that could compliment your existing role. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Commercial Kitchen Cleaner with an excellent eye for detail to help keep our kitchens clean, safe and ready for service.

Working across our venues on a rotating deep cleaning schedule, you’ll give our kitchens and equipment the extra time, care and attention they need to stay in excellent condition. From floors and hard-to-reach areas to major kitchen equipment, this is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys getting stuck in and seeing the difference their work makes.

Your work will complement each venue’s existing cleaning schedule, with venue teams continuing to take responsibility for their own routine cleaning and deep cleaning duties. Your focus will be on delivering an additional, thorough clean to the equipment and areas that need more dedicated attention and elbow grease.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has an excellent eye for detail and takes pride in achieving a consistently high standard.
• Can demonstrate a strong track record of keeping previous workplaces exceptionally clean.
• Is reliable, punctual and comfortable with early morning starts.
• Understands the importance of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safe working practices.
• Can work independently, manage their time effectively and communicate well with venue teams.
• Can travel between our venues to follow the planned cleaning schedule.

Previous commercial kitchen cleaning experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
