Overview

Solo Service Group are recruiting a cleaning operative to join our St. Ives Police Station and C.A.T.S unit Norris Road St. Ives, Cambridgeshire PE27 5BP.

We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to join our team, we will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team.

Location and Schedule

Monday - Friday
1.5 Hours per day
7.5 Hours a week
Shift Either
05:30 - 07:00 or
17:00 - 18:30

Pay and Vetting

Minimum Wage applies

Successful applicant will be required to undertake Police Vetting for this role

Role responsibilities
  • Carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, and cleaning cells.
  • A driving licence would be an advantage, or live locally.
Responsibilities and standards
  • Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
  • Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously.

  • To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
