Job summary

Aramark UK is recruiting a Cleaner for Gaza Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 4AU. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–2:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid break, paid at £12.71 per hour. You will maintain cleanliness across communal areas and accommodation spaces.

The successful candidate will have cleaning experience, be reliable and punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. DBS check is required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out cleaning duties across designated areas within Gaza and Beachhead accommodation and facilities.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout communal areas, offices, welfare facilities, and accommodation spaces.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables as required.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns promptly.
• Following cleaning schedules and site procedures.
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Adhering to all health & safety and company policies.
