We have an exciting opportunity within our Domestic Department who are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Cleaner.

You will join on a Part Time, Term Time (34 weeks per year), permanent basis (6pm-8pm - 12 hours per week x 34 weeks and 15 weekends working 2 hours), and in return we will offer you a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a free lunch whilst on duty, generous holiday, subsidised membership to the Wellington Health & Fitness Club, contribution to our personal pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, enhanced Maternity / Paternity scheme, cycle to work scheme, fee remission, free parking and access to a health cash plan.

About the role:

The Domestic Department is an integral part of school life and strives towards excellence in its service provision.

Key responsibilities include (Please see job description for full details):

• Cleaning of large wooden floor areas.
• Carpet Cleaning
• To operate heavy duty powered equipment.
• School areas to include classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, gym, drama area, library, art rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, changing areas, music school, science labs, food tech area, Chapel and corridors and pool changing rooms.
• Duties will include washing floors, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, glass, brass, pictures and high-level dusting.
