Police Cleaner

Have you recently worked as a cleaner for a police station, fire station, office, or in a similar environment? Are you looking for your first job as a cleaner, perhaps after finishing school or working in a different industry?

Are you interested in a role where you can make a difference in your local community?

If so, you should consider joining our team at Fareham Police Station to help us maintain clean, hygienic, and safe environments for the police force.

The Job:

• Job title: Cleaner
• Hours: 6am-9am Monday-Thursday, 5am-9am Friday. 16 hrs a week.
• Pay rate: £12.00 per hour, paid 4-weekly, 52 weeks a year.
• Location: Fareham Police Station, Quay Street, Fareham, PO16 0NA.
• Team: 2 other cleaners on site.

Please note that police vetting is required for this role, which can take up to 20 weeks to complete.

As a cleaner at Fareham police station, your responsibilities include cleaning police offices every morning, emptying bins, cleaning toilets, vacuuming hallways, and cleaning desks. You will work as part of a team, closely with your manager, to ensure the environment remains clean, hygienic, and safe.

We operate under Nviro, and your role will involve responding to queries from the library and meeting customer expectations.
