Job Title: Cleaner

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Part Time

Hours: 13.15 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 11am until 1.15pm & Saturday 11am until 1pm

Location: Co Op, 5 Market Place, Richmond, North Yorkshire, England, DL10 4HU

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including work schedules, equipment, and chemicals, following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.
• Work within a team and also independently, building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
• Continuously seek ways to improve and exceed expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
