As a Cleaner at Dalton Barracks, Abingdon, OX13 6JB, you\'ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services that contribute to a clean, safe, and healthy environment. This role is integral to the well-being of everyone on site, and you\'ll be an essential part of our team. You\'ll have the opportunity to interact with armed forces personnel daily, making a real impact on their quality of life and the overall atmosphere of the location.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out a range of scheduled cleaning tasks with efficiency and precision, ensuring that every space is maintained to high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, taking ownership of your work to reflect your dedication to quality.
  • Collaborate with your team through daily huddle meetings to discuss priorities and updates with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Manage supplies by monitoring stock levels and restocking consumables such as toilet tissue and cleaning supplies to ensure smooth operation.
  • Champion safety and well-being by following health and safety practices and reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
  • Willingness to learn: comprehensive training and induction provided; cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with colleagues and personnel.
  • Adaptability and efficiency to work at a fast pace and adjust to changes while maintaining high standards.
  • Team spirit and reliability, supporting colleagues and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am–1:00pm
