A leading company in student accommodation is seeking a Cleaner for a permanent position, working 20 hours per week. The role involves cleaning non-residential areas and supporting student accommodation, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner to join our team.
This is a permanent position working 20 hours per week from 5AM to 9AM Wednesday to Sunday. The salary is £13,148.54 per annum.
This role involves cleaning designated non-residential student areas, including offices, café, sports centre, venue, etc., and providing additional support in student accommodation such as bedrooms, bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens, and all white goods contained therein.

We are looking for candidates with experience in cleaning in similar environments, possessing excellent communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and a passion for doing an excellent job.
You should have a good conversational standard of English and the ability to read and interpret our Health & Safety guidance. Flexibility to work at other sites with notice and additional hours during peak times, especially student arrival and departure weekends, is required. Offers of employment are subject to satisfactory vetting, including employment references covering the past three years, and may include additional checks such as a basic DBS.
