Job summary

Compass Group UK, via 14Forty, is recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams. The role is 15 hours per week with evenings shifts, designed for reliable, hands-on individuals who take pride in delivering clean, safe environments for clients and customers.

The successful candidate will dust, sweep, mop and sanitise designated areas, restock supplies, and work with the facilities team to maintain high hygiene standards across our venues in the UK.

Qualifications

• Brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on role experience.
• Cleaning experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential.
• Flexible approach to working.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensuring surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Performing additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping spillages quickly and efficiently.
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste.
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies.

We're currently recruiting a part time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for 14Forty, contracted to 15 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. If you're a committed Cleaner looking for a role you'll shine in, we've got the position for you.

Here’s an idea of what your shift pattern will be:

• Mon: Evenings
• Tues: Evenings
• Weds: Evenings
• Thurs: Evenings
• Fri: Evenings

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Our ideal Cleaner will:

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands‑on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
