Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for a major High Street brand. The role is 20 hours per week with variable shifts, offering an opportunity to contribute to clean, safe environments for clients and customers.

You will work alongside our teams to maintain high hygiene standards, perform routine cleaning tasks, and support restocking of supplies. A flexible, hands-on approach and commitment to quality are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles is preferred but not essential.
• Part-time role with 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for clients and customers.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Carry out additional cleaning duties as required, including quick spill clean-ups.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste and manage waste appropriately.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies to maintain stock levels.

We're currently recruiting a part time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for a major High Street brand, contracted to 20 hours per week. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Our ideal Cleaner will:

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands‑on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
