Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a Cleaner to maintain the highest hygiene standards and contribute to a welcoming patient environment in Nantwich. You will support daily practice operations and collaborate with clinicians and staff to promote healthcare excellence.

This role emphasizes infection control, safe cleaning practices, and a pride-driven approach to delivering a clean, safe space for patients and the dental team. Training and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or hygiene-focused roles desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and professional in your approach.
• Understand infection control and health & safety procedures or willingness to learn.
• Pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all clinical and non-clinical areas are cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards.
• Follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention protocols in line with health and safety guidance.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages or issues.
• Support the practice team with occasional additional tasks when needed.
• Create a welcoming, tidy, and hygienic environment for patients and team members.
