Total Facilities Recruitment Limited seeks a Cleaning Operative for a one-month cover. The role is from Monday to Friday, 6pm to 10pm on site. DBS is required and duties include cleaning, waste removal, and maintaining washrooms and surfaces.

The candidate will also operate cleaning machinery and replenish supplies as directed by the supervisor. On-site work in a facilities environment, with emphasis on hygienic standards and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Duties include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and emptying waste bins.
• Wipe down tables and chairs to remove stubborn smears.
• Clean toilets, urinals and hand basins.

Responsabilités

• Use scrubbing and polishing machines to burnish, scrub, and polish floors.
• Clean and wash windows and glass internally, smear-free and dry.

DBS REQUIRED

The Cleaning Operative will to carry out the cleaning and waste removal on site.

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and empty waste bins.
• Wipe down tables and chairs, making sure stubborn smears are removed.
• Clean toilets, urinals and hand basins.
• Suction cleaning carpeted areas and “spot” cleaning carpets where applicable. Using electrically powered scrubbing and polishing machines to burnish, scrub, polish and spray clean floors.
• Clean and washing of windows and glass internally, ensuring they are smear free and dried properly.
• Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels, etc.).
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects when requested.
• Use chemical agents as directed by the Supervisor in the discharge of cleaning operations or maintenance procedures
