Here at AIS, we have an exciting opportunity available for a CasualCleaner to join our Facilities and Operations team based in Solihull. You will join us on a part time,casual basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

Hours of work are 4.30pm – 7.30pm

As our CasualCleaner you will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor, to perform a variety of cleaning duties. As CasualCleaner you will be responsible for maintaining a designated area to company standards. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services. Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must.

Key responsibilities as our Casual Cleaner:

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas, Kitchen Toilets and Seating Areas
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping within your allocated area
• Emptying bins and disposing of rubbish within designated area
• Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks as and when required
• Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required to all equipment, Fixtures and fittings within your area and building
• Stock and maintain supply room, notifying the Housekeeping supervisor when levels run low
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support the overall building housekeeping standards
• Attend work related training sessions as and when required
• Understand the COSHH Regulations and ensure all chemicals are used according to instruction
