Job summary

Thorn Baker FM is seeking a reliable cleaner for a client site in Hull, HU14. You will join a small cleaning team within a worldwide company and will be provided with cleaning equipment, training and support. There may be ongoing work for the right candidate.

Shifts are 4 days on/4 days off, 7am–7pm, with nights 19:00–07:00; pay is £13 per hour (day) and £13.50 per hour (nights). Weekly pay is offered and a DBS check is required before starting.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience required.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Team player who can work with others and independently.
• Own PPE (Safety boots) is preferred.
• DBS check required prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and emptying waste bins.
• Clean toilets, urinals and hand basins.
• Suction cleaning carpeted areas and spot cleaning carpets; use power scrubbers to burnish floors.
• Replenish consumables (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels).
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse offices and communal areas.

Job role & Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuum, mopping and empty waste bins.
• Clean toilets, urinals and hand basins.
• Suction cleaning carpeted areas and "spot" cleaning carpets where applicable. Using electrically powered scrubbing and polishing machines to burnish, scrub, polish and spray clean floors.
• Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels,etc.).
• Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse office and communal areas
