Job summary

Venture Hotels in Marlborough, UK, is looking for a Cleaner to join our friendly team. You’ll keep the pub and public areas clean and safe, ready for our customers each day.

Shifts are mornings, five days a week with Saturdays and alternate Sundays, 06:00–08:00. You’ll gain experience, training through our apprenticeship program, and benefits such as pension contributions and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• High standards of cleanliness and safety by following procedures at all times.
• Maintain spotless public areas ready for customers.
• Ensure hotel is safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, you’ll make sure everything in the pub is clean, tidy, and ready for us to welcome our customers. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

As a Cleaner, you will...

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following procedures at all times.
• Be responsible for cleaning and presenting our public areas perfectly so they are ready for our customers.
• Make sure the hotel is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

What you’ll bring…

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• A great eye for detail, making sure our public areas are spotlessly clean.
• A passion for maintaining high standards.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

5 Mornings per week including Saturdays and alternate Sundays
