The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our Grounds Maintenance Department on a permanent basis with immediate effect. The role is located at Thurmaston Shopping Centre, 9 Barkby Thorpe Lane, Leicester, LE4 8GP.

Responsibilities

• External site cleaning
• Emptying litterbins and litter picking
• Daily Health and Safety checks, reporting repairs and any issues
• Using tools and machinery when necessary, with all tools and equipment provided
• Being vigilant of your surroundings and proactively reporting anything of concern
• Lone working & responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and tidy
• 5 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• 20 hours per week 4 hours per day

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities if and when required
