Job summary

SBFM is recruiting a part-time Cleaner to maintain a retail store at Cable Retail Park, Prescot. You’ll vacuum, mop, wipe surfaces, restock supplies and ensure safe, clean spaces in a fast-paced environment.

We invest in training, offer 28 days annual leave pro rata, access to the Paywise+ app to track shifts, overtime opportunities, online training, and a pension scheme. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of store floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces regularly to keep a tidy environment.
• Remove litter and ensure outdoor areas are clean.
• Clean and sanitize all sanitary facilities, including restrooms and break areas.
• Restock supplies such as toilet rolls, soap, and hand towels.

About The Role

Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Cleaner to join our business working in a retail environment in Cable Retail Park, Prescot L34 5NQ! Experience is preferred but not essential as we will invest in your training and development, while giving access to education opportunities for your future progression. All uniform, products and equipment will be provided.

Shift Pattern

• 21:30 - 00:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 09:00 - 10:30 Sunday (9 hours per week)
• 21:30 - 23:30 Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (8 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of store floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces regularly to maintain a tidy atmosphere.
• Removal of litter and ensuring outdoor areas are clean.
• Clean and sanitize all sanitary facilities, including restrooms and break areas.
• Restock supplies such as toilet rolls, soap, and hand towels.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols.
