Kindred are seeking hardworking cleaners for an educational building in Gainsborough. Based at Morton Terrace, Gainsborough DN21 2ST, the role offers £12.71 per hour with a Monday to Friday 16:00-18:00 schedule.

A DBS check is required, and candidates will work on-site with duties including general and specialist cleaning, health and safety compliance, and timely task completion. We welcome applicants who can work independently and support teammates to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• To be able to follow instructions (including written) and work safely for periods of time on their own.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.
• Able to fulfil the shift patterns because the timings of the role would be fixed.
• Previous cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH

Responsabilités

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, touchpoints, and furniture.
• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.
• Carrying out periodic deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., carpet cleaning, polishing floors).
• Using appropriate cleaning materials for different surfaces to maintain standards and protect equipment.
• Using cleaning equipment safely (buffers, steamers, vacuums) and proper storage.
• Following health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, or damages promptly.
• Working independently to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
• Supporting colleagues as needed to ensure high cleanliness standards.

• Pay: £12.71 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 16:00-18:00

• Requirements: Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

About The Role

Responsibilities

General Cleaning Tasks

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, touchpoints, and furniture.
