Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a part-time Cleaner to help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You will operate cleaning equipment, keep shop floors tidy, and ensure hygiene standards are met to support an excellent customer experience.

You will join a diverse and growing team with training provided and opportunities to contribute to store excellence. Competitive hourly pay with holiday entitlement and store discounts. Bank holiday and night shift enhancements apply.

• Experience in cleaning or maintenance is useful.
• A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly maintain Lidl stores to look its best.
• Keep trolley bays, car park and outside spaces clean and tidy.
• Confidently operate industrial cleaning equipment.
• Clean welfare areas including toilets and waste areas.
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks when needed.
• Uphold hygiene, Health and Safety standards at all times.

What you’ll do

• Confidently operate industrial cleaning machinery
• Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste and recycling sections
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks when needed
• Proactively make sure that hygiene, Health and Safety standards are upheld
