Job summary

Greene King is looking for a Cleaner to keep our pub spaces spotless and welcoming for customers. You will join a friendly, inclusive team and be responsible for cleaning and presenting public areas to the highest standard.

The role requires reliable start times (6am) and the ability to travel to work. You’ll grow with a well-known pub group, with training and development at many levels, staff discounts, and access to support services including Wagestream and retail perks.

Job Description

As a Cleaner, you’ll make sure everything in the pub is clean, tidy, and ready for us to welcome our customers. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

6am starts so must be able to get travel to work.

Qualifications

As a Cleaner, you will...

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following procedures at all times.
• Be responsible for cleaning and presenting our public areas perfectly so they are ready for our customers.
• Make sure the hotel is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

What you’ll bring…

• A great eye for detail, making sure our public areas are spotlessly clean.
• A passion for maintaining high standards.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
