Job summary

APCOA Parking UK is seeking a Cleaner for Heathrow Airport car parks and facilities. 20 hours per week at £14.80 per hour. You will help keep offices, facilities and toilets clean and welcoming in a fast-paced airport setting.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism and strong customer service, with full training provided and opportunities for progression. A full driving licence is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain offices, work areas, toilets and other facilities to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure cleaning materials and consumable stock are stored safely and securely, and reporting any stock requirements to the Service Delivery Manager.
• Report any defects, damage, hazards or maintenance requirements to the appropriate manager.
• Support other areas of the operation when required to meet operational and customer service requirements.
• Provide a professional and helpful service to customers, colleagues and airport partners at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of personal conduct and representing the company positively and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality in relation to company, client and customer information.
• Comply with all company health and safety procedures, airport regulations and operational requirements.

The Role

Cleaner – Heathrow Airport Car Parks and Facilities - 20 hours per week - £14.80 per hour

We are looking for a reliable, professional and customer-focused Cleaner to join our team and support the delivery of high standards across our airport car parks, terminal areas and associated facilities.

As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our customers, colleagues and airport partners. You will be part of a professional and friendly team working in a fast-paced airport environment where high standards of cleanliness, customer service and safety are essential.

What you will do:
