We are looking for an individual capable of maximizing their working hours efficiently. The role involves maintaining a meticulous cleaning routine across the premises, ensuring equipment upkeep, and reporting issues promptly. Prioritization of tasks and ability to work independently are essential. Collaborating with administrative staff to replenish cleaning supplies is also important.
About the Service: The Glasgow Residential Stabilisation Service provides a 4 to 6-week residential program for individuals who need support beyond community settings. Our multidisciplinary team offers treatment and support for individuals engaging in high-risk drug and alcohol use with complex needs, working within a Recovery Orientated System of Care (ROSC). The role involves delivering interventions in 1:1 and group settings to support individuals in gaining stability. Our support is person-centered, involving family, friends, health and social care professionals, advocacy services, and staff.
No prior experience is required; full training will be provided. We value respect, compassion, inclusion, and integrity. Full support will be given during the application process. Turning Point Scotland offers salary matching within the pay points of the role. IT skills are required. Successful candidates may need to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting.
