Job summary

GOALS is seeking a Cleaner to manage day-to-day cleanliness across the building, ensuring all areas are clean and tidy to provide a great customer experience.

The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including surfaces, windows, and common areas, with regular deep cleaning and compliance with health and safety policies. Training and benefits provided.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all departments of the building are hoovered and mopped, ranging from reception, bar, kids party room, toilets and changing rooms
• All surfaces cleaned and wiped down, including windows both internally and externally
• Deep clean of the shower area twice a week including descaling of shower heads
• Changing all bins and ensuring toilets are stocked with tissue and soap
• Cleaning checklists updated daily and ticked off when tasks are completed
• Admin procedures followed per the Company Operations Manual and reporting procedures followed
• Comply with the Company Health & Safety policy and work with due regard for staff and customer health and safety

Purpose of Job:

To ensure facilities meet the highest standards and are always maintained in a clean environment. Ensure customers receive a great experience by ensuring facilities are cleaned to satisfactory levels.

Overview of main duties and responsibilities:

• To ensure all departments of the building are hoovered and mopped, ranging from reception, bar, kids party room, toilets and changing rooms
• All surfaces to cleaned and wiped down including the cleaning of all windows both internally and externally.
• Deep clean of the shower area twice a week including descaling of shower heads
• Changing all bins in facilities and ensuring all toilets are adequately stocked in terms of tissue and soap
• Ensure all cleaning checklists are updated each day and ticked off when tasks are completed
• To ensure sound administration procedures are followed in line with the Company Operations Manual and ensure that Company reporting procedures are followed at all times.
• To comply with the Company Health & Safety policy and ensure all duties are carried out with due regards for staff and customers Health & Safety.
