Are you a Cleaning Manager / Site Manager, a Cleaning Supervisor / Site Supervisor, or an Area Cleaning Manager looking for your next challenge?

If so, you’ve got the skills to be considered for our Deputy Contract Manager position:

The Role:
  • Deputy Contract Manager
  • 40 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday
  • £35,525 per annum
  • The site: A campus-based university in Egham, set in 135 acres of parkland, named one of the most beautiful campuses in the world.
  • The team: You’ll be working with approximately 50 cleaners, as well as supervisors, team leaders, and janitors, and will work closely with your Contract Manager.

Join us as our Deputy Contract Manager (Cleaning) at Royal Holloway University of London halls of residence, a friendly place with a strong sense of community. You will oversee cleaning services for the halls of residence, a blend of historic buildings and modernized accommodation. You will manage a dedicated team of cleaners, ensuring students have a clean, safe, and hygienic home away from home.

You will be the first point of contact for your teams daily, conducting check-ins, recruiting, onboarding, and training cleaning staff, as well as managing stock, conducting audits, and handling customer complaints. During summer, you will oversee deep cleans and turnaround cleans. You will work directly with the Contract Manager for the site.
