As a Cleaner, you will undertake necessary duties to maintain a clean and hygienic office and associated areas.

These duties will be performed during normal office hours, requiring you to be responsive to service needs as they arise and to constantly seek ways to improve productivity and service quality.

All tasks must be executed in line with health, safety, security, and company policies and procedures, including infection control measures.

Your role is vital in creating a pleasant and sanitary environment, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of the office occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hygiene standards in designated areas, following schedules and methods, meeting quality standards and policies
• Collect and safely remove office and kitchen waste
• Store and maintain stock and supplies as needed
• Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and dignity per GDPR and company policies
• Conduct yourself professionally on company premises
• Comply with current legislation, company and trust policies, and related documentation
• Use mechanical and electrical equipment safely and correctly after training
• Maintain a clean, neat appearance, following uniform and hygiene guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and investigations
