Job description

In your new role as a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, understand when work needs to be carried out, and familiarize yourself with all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.

You will work within a team and also use your own initiative. Building positive and productive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and seeking continuous improvement to exceed expectations are essential parts of the role.
