Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high cleaning standards across all assigned areas.
• Complete cleaning tasks in line with agreed schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure equipment is clean, maintained, and used safely at all times.
• Follow all Health & Safety policies, safe systems of work, and training requirements.
• Maintain awareness of station security procedures and promptly report any suspicious activity, hazards, incidents, or unattended items.
• Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful service to passengers and customers.
• Respond positively to operational requirements and changing priorities.
• Take pride in ensuring station facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use at all times.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Have a strong work ethic and take pride in delivering excellent results.
• Are reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Can maintain high standards without constant supervision.
• Have good spoken and written English communication skills.
