Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a part-time cleaner to join our client’s facilities team in Manchester. The role requires reliability and basic cleaning tasks, with eligibility to work in the UK.

Duties include daily cleaning of offices and common areas, damp dusting, floor care, waste disposal, and maintaining sanitary rooms. DBS check is required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning experience in the UK.
• DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned and reactive cleaning throughout the building to the required standard using correct cleaning materials, equipment and methods.
• Damp dusting of furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• Maintenance of floors, including mopping.
• Vacuum cleaning of areas.
• Cleaning of sanitary areas.
• Cleaning of Public Areas, including toilets.
• Segregation, removal and disposal of waste.
• Cleaning of all internal windows and partitions.
