Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is hiring a part-time cleaner to join the facilities team in Manchester. The role runs Mon to Fri, 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, ASAP until 30th Oct. The pay rate is £12.71 with enhanced holiday pay or £14.24 without holiday pay.

UK cleaning experience is required. DBS check may be relevant for the assignment. This temporary position requires reliability and a proactive approach to maintain cleanliness across the site and public areas.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning experience in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Undertake cleaning tasks to the required standard using appropriate materials and methods.
• Damp dusting of furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• Maintain floors through mopping and upkeep.
• Vacuum cleaning of all areas as required.
• Clean sanitary areas and public areas, including toilets.
• Segregate, dispose of waste and clean internal windows/partitions.

DBS

Duties include:

• To undertake cleaning tasks, both planned and reactive, throughout the building to the required standard using correct cleaning materials, equipment and methods.
• Undertake the damp dusting of furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• To undertake maintenance of floors, including mopping
• To be responsible for vacuum cleaning of areas.
• Undertake cleaning of sanitary areas.
• Undertake the cleaning of Public Areas, including public toilets.
• Responsible for the segregation, removal and disposal of waste.
• Responsible for the cleaning of all internal windows and partitions
