Part-Time Cleaner – Student Accommodation (Chester)
£12.21 per hour | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Immediate Start Available

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Cleaner to support a student accommodation site in Chester. This role involves maintaining clean and hygienic communal areas to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment for residents.

Position Details:

Location: Chester – centrally located student accommodation

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Start Date: Immediate start available

Contract: Ongoing, part-time position

Main Responsibilities:

• Cleaning communal spaces including kitchens, lounges, hallways, stairwells, and bathrooms
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damages
• Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment (e.g., student accommodation, hospitality, commercial buildings) is desirable
