A local educational institution in Chelmsford is seeking a Cleaner to join their friendly Premises Team. The successful candidate will ensure cleanliness across the school, including classrooms and washrooms. Flexibility and reliability are essential, with training provided for cleaning duties. Role: Cleaner
Contract: Permanent, 41 weeks per year
Hours: 15 hours per week
Salary: Scale 1, Point 2 £24413 FTE (Actual Salary £8903 - £9035 depending on years service)

We are looking to recruit a flexible, reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking person to join our friendly and supportive Premises Team as a Cleaner. The successful candidate will ensure the school site is cleaned daily and provide a good learning environment for students and staff the following day. The position is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness within classrooms, corridors, offices and toilets. Duties include vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of washroom areas, toilets, tables, chairs, etc. A good understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment would be desirable but training will be given.
