What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality cleaning to communal areas of static blocks of flats, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
• Follow cleaning procedures, conduct risk assessments, and adhere to health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and report repairs or issues (e.g., anti-social behaviour, tenancy concerns) to the Building/Mobile Supervisor daily.
• Communicate with residents and service teams in person or by phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality work.
• Support council initiatives by providing clear written updates for management and contributing to equality and safeguarding policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow cleaning procedures and maintain high standards.
• Qualities: Reliable, proactive, and committed to health and safety, with good communication skills for interacting with residents.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required—training to BICSc standards will be provided.
• Requirements: Ability to travel across Cardiff sites; commitment to equality and safeguarding policies; eligibility to work in the UK.
• Bonus Points: Experience in a similar role or familiarity with communal area cleaning; Welsh language skills (or willingness to learn basic greetings).
