Job description

We're looking for a Cleaner to join our facilities management team based at Barton-under-Needwood Police in Burton-Upon-Trent, Staffordshire.

Location:

Burton-Upon-Trent, Staffordshire.

Contract:

Permanent, part-time – 3 hours per week – Tuesday & Friday

What would your responsibilities be?

As a Cleaner, you'll work within the facilities management team, supporting them in maintaining hygiene levels at Barton-under-Needwood Police.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

1. Performing cleaning duties within the commercial areas, ensuring all areas are clean and tidy.
2. Cleaning surfaces, floor areas, waste disposal, and bathrooms, in line with COSHH guidelines.
3. Reporting any pest issues to senior staff members promptly.

What are we looking for?

This role of Cleaner is ideal if:

1. You have previous cleaning experience, preferably within a school, office, or commercial building.
2. You understand health and safety at work guidance.
3. You can prioritize your workload to cover high-risk areas first.
