Interaction Recruitment Group in Bridgwater is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team. You will clean designated areas to a high standard and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Full site training will be provided to ensure consistent cleaning standards.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You should be a good communicator, flexible and willing to support site needs. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.

Cleaning Operative - Bridgwater | £13.00 per Hour

Location: Bridgwater Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Dress Code: Smart casual clothing and enclosed footwear

Are you reliable, hardworking and take pride in delivering high standards? We are looking for Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Bridgwater.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Cleaning Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning designated areas to a consistently high standard.
• Maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Cleaning, maintaining and storing equipment correctly.
• Responding to customer and public requests in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.
• Following site procedures and ensuring all cleaning standards are maintained.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, responsible and punctual.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
• Able to work independently and use your own initiative.
• A good communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to support the needs of the site.
• Experienced in cleaning — previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.

Full site training will be provided.

Dress Code

Workers must attend site wearing smart casual clothing and enclosed footwear.
