Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our on-site team in Bournemouth. You will be responsible for tidying work areas, floors and communal spaces, and assisting customers as needed.

Shifts include Monday start 6am to 10:30am and Sunday 8am-10am, with Thursday off. You will complete health and safety records and participate in training. DBS checks may be required.

This role is essential to maintaining safe, clean environments across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• A cleaning background is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Enhanced DBS and Safer Recruitment checks may be required.

About The Role

Working Pattern:

Mondays- 6am to 10.30am

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Sunday 8am-10am

(Thursday Off)

As a Cleaner at OCS, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.

Key responsibilities

• Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required.
• You may come into regular contact with customers so you must be able to assist them if needed.
• You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria

• You must have Right to Work in the UK.
• A background in cleaning would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Applicants of this role will be subject to additional clearance requirements as part of the onboarding process including an enhanced DBS and checks required under Safer Recruitment in Education.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need access to a smartphone that can support our approved work applications for tasks such as clocking in and out (if you are required to use our time and attendance system for your role), viewing schedules, completing training and receiving work-related communications.
