Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaner to provide safe, clean environments in our clients' workspaces. This part-time role is 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and requires the right to work in the UK.

You will tidy, vacuum, sweep, mop and handle waste, with attention to detail. Regular health & safety records and ongoing training are part of the role. DBS clearance may be required, and a smartphone may be needed for clocking in and communications.

About The Role:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required.
• You may come into regular contact with customers so you must be able to assist them if needed.
• You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• You must have Right to Work in the UK.
• A background in cleaning would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Applicants of this role will be subject to additional clearance requirements as part of the onboarding process including an enhanced DBS and checks required under Safer Recruitment in Education.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need access to a smartphone that can support our approved work applications for tasks such as clocking in and out (if you are required to use our time and attendance system for your role), viewing schedules, completing training and receiving work-related communications.
