Job summary

Hamilton Woods Associates is recruiting a Cleaner for a Housing Association in Bolton. The role covers three supported housing schemes, 27 hours per week, Monday to Friday. It is a temporary position for 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension.

Pay is £12.71 per hour PAYE. The role requires an Enhanced DBS with Adults barred list (existing DBS accepted) and an ability to work cleanly in communal areas.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS with Adults barred list required (existing DBS acceptable).
• Immediate availability strongly preferred.
• Temporary, short-term cleaning role for 6 weeks (may be extended).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a high standard of cleaning to the communal areas of the schemes.
• Cleaning of mats, carpets, paintwork, floors, furniture and equipment.
• Emptying bins, wastepaper bins and ashtrays.
• Laundering hand and tea towels.
