Job summary

Britsafe Limited is hiring an Industrial Cleaner for an industrial site in Eastleigh. This part-time role offers two shift options: 3 days a week (21 hours) or Monday–Friday (20 hours) with early start times.

You will clean washrooms, floors and offices, handle waste disposal, and follow health and safety procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualifications

• We are seeking someone reliable and hardworking to join an industrial site.
• Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and follow site procedures.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Clean washrooms and breakout areas on shop floor and office areas.
• Sweep, mop and maintain clean floors.
• Clean surfaces and communal areas.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly.
• Follow health and safety procedures.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join our team at an industrial site in Eastleigh.

We have two shift options available, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

Shift Options

Option 1 – 3 Days Per Week (21 Hours per week)

Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Hours: 6:00 am – 1:00 pm
Flexibility: Start time can be up to 1 hour later.

Option 2 – Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 6:00 am – 10:00 am
Flexibility: Start time can be adjusted, with a latest start time of 10:00 am. Agreed shift duration to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning washrooms and breakout areas on shop floor and office areas.

• Sweeping, mopping and maintaining clean floors.

• Cleaning surfaces and communal areas.

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.

• Following health and safety procedures.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Good attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.

• Willing to follow site safety procedures.
